VentureWeb is excited to present Mountainfilm on Tour, the 2016 Squamish edition, at the Sea to Sky Gondola. Join us as we bring a selection of the best short films from the annual Telluride Mountainfilm Festival to Squamish and raise funds for Squamish Search and Rescue.
It will be a night full of laughter, wonder, and inspiration. Mountainfilm’s mission is to use the power of film, art and ideas to create a better world, and you’re sure to be wowed by the stories told. An emcee packed with banter will keep things moving and you’ll be able to bid on some sweet gear in the silent auction. The popcorn is on us. The Summit Lodge Bar will be open for drink sales and the BBQ will be fired up for those who want to purchase food.
Schedule of Events:
5:30 – 6:30pm: Gondola upload / Silent Auction begins
6:30pm: The Gondola will stop running at 6:30pm so don’t be late!
7:00 - 9:00pm: Film screenings, popcorn, general frivolity - Watch, think, laugh, be inspired.
9:00 - 10:00pm: Gondola download
