Evergreen Country Day is proud to host Mountainfilm on Tour for the first time, and welcomes anyone from the community who wants to be inspired by tales of adventure and activism from down the street to across the globe. Mountainfilm on Tour brings inspiration and education about important issues to audiences around the world with documentary films that explore the themes connected to Telluride Mountainfilm's mission to use the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.
Friday, April 21: Films for Fun
This night we'll see films with an adventure focus, including skiing, sailing, big wall climbing, ice skating on Evergreen Lake and more. Doors open at 6 p.m.; refreshments will be available for sale.
Saturday, April 22: Films for Thought
On Saturday, we have two programs featuring films focused on the most pressing issues of our time, from water and watersheds to war, immigration and more. The matinee start at 3:30 p.m., and the evening show will start at 7 p.m.
All event proceeds benefit Tuition Assistance at Evergreen Country Day.
