Saugatuck Center for the Arts' 13th annual Children's Film Festival is hosting Mountainfilm on Tour. Hundreds of K-8th grade students from surrounding OAISD schools will be in attendance during the week, free of charge thanks to our generous partners.
Join us at this special family friendly screening to experience 14 acclaimed short films that debuted at the 2015 Telluride Mountainfilm Festival. Appropriate for ALL ages, these films will have you laughing, wondering, and wishing for more!
Established in 1979, Mountainfilm uses the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world. Working at the nexus of filmmaking and action, its flagship event is the renowned Telluride Mountainfilm festival, in Telluride, Colorado. The festival has attracted leading documentary filmmakers, artists, photographers, conservationists, mountaineers, scientists, journalists and explorers from around the world to engage in the festival’s tag line of “celebrating indomitable spirit.”
