Zach Johaneson
With over 20 years of experience behind the camera, filmmaker Zach Johaneson began his career in the advertising world of action sports and outdoor apparel. His work has since evolved toward more personal storytelling, focusing on authentic voices and lived experiences in his own backyard. Johaneson is the director of Borrowed From The Earth (Mountainfilm 2026). Through his films, he seeks to capture the people, cultures and untold stories that define the vast landscapes of the Rocky Mountain West.
