She keeps busy by having her own Outdoor company, taking trips in her free time, and working as a freelance guide in Norway, Sweden, Spitsbergen, Greenland and Africa. With her good navigation skills, Vera led the way through screw-ice, across glaciers, and among steep mountains on Baffin Island.
