Tommy Penick
A longtime lover of water sports, Tommy Penick earned most of his battle wounds in the rivers around the Southeast. It’s a passion that informed his recent film, The Mystery (Mountainfilm 2021), which he made with his longtime friend Forest Woodward. In the short, Penick and Woodward investigate and pay homage to the niche sport of “squirt boating,” a sect of the kayak community.
