Timmy Taussig
Timmy Taussig is from Mamaroneck, NY, a professional snowboarder and co-director of Center Punch | San Juan Splitboarding (Mountainfilm 2025). He spends winters chasing powder all over North America, but his love for the outdoors goes beyond one season and isn’t limited to one sport. Most of Taussig’s free time revolves around surfing, skateboarding, sailing, hiking and traveling. After earning a degree in communications and outdoor recreation from Western Washington University, he founded Camp Stoked, a nonprofit providing youth with opportunities to play in the outdoors through board sports. Taussig also teaches wilderness first aid skills for backcountry medical guides. He loves sharing what the outdoors provides: a sense of self, opportunities to grow and an innate love for our world.
