Suzi Pond

Suzi Pond is director of Good Relatives (Mountainfilm 2025) and founder of Redbird Media Group, a Certified B Corp dedicated to telling stories for positive environmental and social impact. She created Redbird in 2014 to weave together her professional experiences in journalism, documentary and nonprofit fundraising. A graduate of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, her audio storytelling has been heard on NPR. In 2022, Pond was recognized as a “Mainer of the Year” by Maine magazine. Redbird is based in Freeport, Maine, on unceded territory of the Wabanaki Confederacy, a group of sovereign nations including the Penobscot, Passamaquoddy, Maliseet and Mi’kmaq peoples.
