Megan Lorenz

Megan Lorenz is an internationally renowned photographer whose passions are in wildlife and nature. Lorenz resides in Ontario, where there is more than enough wildlife to fill her days. She believes that intensive knowledge of the behavior, traits and habitat of a species are paramount to successful wildlife photography. In 2012, she received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her significant contributions to Canadian wildlife photography, and, in 2015, Lorenz was the Grand Prize Winner of the Windland Smith Rice Awards. She is the director of Owl Dance-Off and Owl Dance-Off Part II (Mountainfilm 2017).
