Mallory Weggemann & Jay Snyder

Mallory Weggemann and Jay Snyder are filmmakers and co-founders of TFA Group, an award-winning production studio at the intersection of sport, storytelling and purpose-driven media. Mallory, a Paralympic champion, director/producer and Emmy Award-winning host, and Jay, an award-winning director/producer, create character-driven work grounded in authentic storytelling. Weggemann and Snyder are co-directors of Built To Move (Mountainfilm 2026), alongside Ryan Suffern. Their projects explore the depth of human potential, and recent work includes the feature documentary Watershed and the docuseries “Adaptive,” both now streaming on Peacock, as well as “Built to Move,” a docuseries presented by Autodesk. Together, they are committed to telling stories that expand representation and shift the narrative around disability.
