Jayson Sime

Jayson Sime was raised in poverty as one of six kids without a father, and was bullied because of a learning disability. After turning his life around as an adult — losing 75 pounds, getting into endurance sports and kicking an anti-depressant dependence — he started to live by a new philosophy: that you can do anything you dream up, so long as you put in the work and refuse to quit. The motivational speaker is the subject of How to Run 100 Miles (Mountainfilm 2018).
