Greg Barker

A former war correspondent-turned filmmaker, Greg Barker spent most of his adult life overseas before returning to his native California. Barker is director and producer of the award-winning documentary feature Sergio (Mountainfilm 2009), which was shortlisted for an Academy Award and premiered on HBO in May 2010. He’s worked in over 50 countries across six continents and made a string of international films for the flagship PBS series “Frontline,” including the feature-length Ghosts of Rwanda, which was seven years in the making and won numerous awards. Manhunt (Mountainfilm 2013) is Barker’s latest film.
