David Turner

David Turner is an Emmy-nominated producer and founder of StorySense. He began his career as the founder of Film Canopy, a sustainability-focused production company, before joining Interloper Films, where he produced documentary features and series including Coming Clean, Last Flight Home and The New Americans: Gaming a Revolution (Mountainfilm 2023). He is now building StorySense, a company developing practical AI tools for filmmakers and production teams to navigate large amounts of footage, shape story and streamline post-production workflows. His work sits at the intersection of documentary storytelling, technology and creative workflow.
