Chris Shane

Chris Shane is a filmmaker, photographer and outdoor athlete based in New England. Shane is the director of Mountain Guides: Barometers of Change (Mountainfilm 2026). He focuses his work on people and places in the outdoors, and on organizations helping to solve local and national issues surrounding conservation, climate change, homelessness and substance abuse.
