Chris Filippone

Independent documentary filmmaker Chris Filippone’s films have screened and featured at film festivals around the world. With a master’s in fine arts from Stanford University, his work has earned him several fellowships and grants, including the Foundation for Contemporary Arts, MiND TV, the Bread & Roses Community Fund, the Telluride Film Festival Student Symposium and the University Film & Video Association. His films include Scrap (2017), A View from the Window (2017), which was nominated for a 2018 Best of the Year award on Vimeo, How to Breathe in Kern County (2019) and Huntsville Station (Mountainfilm 2020) which he co-directed with Jamie Meltzer.
