Bridgitt Evans

Bridgitt Evans is co-Managing Director of Evans Capital, focusing her efforts on direct investment, ownership, and management of commercial real estate. In 2013, Bridgitt co-founded VIA Art Fund, a national philanthropic coalition of individuals and family foundations providing commissioning funds for innovative, ambitious, and rigorous public works of art. From 2013-2021, Bridgitt served as President and Executive Director of VIA Art Fund and now leads the organization’s board as Executive Chairman. Previously, Bridgitt served as an investor and portfolio manager at AEW Capital, a real estate investment firm where she was responsible for the firm’s investments in real estate development projects. Ms. Evans later served as Portfolio Manager overseeing the real estate investment portfolios of firm’s largest institutional clients. Prior to her work at AEW, Bridgitt held positions at Trammel Crow and Rouse & Associates where she served as project manager and partner for suburban office developments in Washington D.C and Atlanta, Georgia. Bridgitt has held numerous leadership positions on non-profit boards and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston. She is a member of the board of The Telluride Foundation and of Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors. Ms. Evans received a BS in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from Harvard University. With her husband Bruce, Bridgitt lives in Telluride, Colorado and Boston, Massachusetts, and enjoys family time with her four children and son-in-law.
