Anisa Hosseinnezhad

Anisa Hosseinnezhad is the membership and individual program manager at the International Documentary Association, where she oversees membership engagement and supports filmmakers at all levels and backgrounds, championing storytellers and their work. An Iranian artist, filmmaker and cultural worker, her practice spans filmmaking, writing, research and organizing. Originally from Bandar Abbas, Iran, Hosseinnezhad earned her master’s degree in film and media arts from Temple University, where she has also taught as an educator.
