Amy Irvine
Writer Amy Irvine is a sixth-generation Utahn and long-time public lands activist. Her work has been published in Orion, Pacific Standard, High Desert Journal, Climbing, Triquarterly and other publications. She is the author of the 2008 memoir Trespass: Living at the Edge of a Promised Land as well as the 2019 book Desert Cabal: A New Season in the Wilderness. She lives off-the-grid in southwest Colorado.
