Overview

In 1995, Marjorie Eliot moved the couch out of her living room and began hosting free Sunday jazz concerts. Her Harlem living room — “Triple Nickel” — became a legendary artists haven, welcoming a score of jazz legends. Eliot has hosted this rich history unfailingly for 26 years, utilizing music and community as potent remedies for grief.
