Overview

The Coral Gardeners traces the origin story of a youth-led movement fighting to save the world’s reefs. In Mo’orea, French Polynesia, teenage surfer Titouan Bernicot witnesses his home reef turn white from coral bleaching, an experience that sets him on a new path. Determined to make conservation resonate with his generation, Bernicot transforms the effort into something bold, visual and culturally relevant, growing into a global voice for reef conservation. But as the movement expands, so does the urgency. Saving coral reefs will take more than attention; it will take action.
