Overview

Handwoven traces the story of Nikyle Begay (Diné), a non-binary shepherd and weaver, who preserves his cultural heritage through the ancestral art of weaving. Each day, they care for their livestock as they would a family. It’s a gesture that goes beyond fibers and motifs — it connects generations, circulates memory and perpetuates the art of a people in a form of gentle, patient and deeply anchored resistance.
