Teresa Baker

Teresa Baker works to change how the outdoor industry as a whole connects with communities of color. She is the founder of the African American National Park Event, which provides communities across the country with opportunities to participate in events that speak to culture, heritage and lifestyle. She also works with outdoor agencies, brands and retailers to welcome a more diverse audience. Her ultimate goal is to foster a new generation of diverse, informed and dedicated nature stewards.
