Taliesin Black-Brown
A bone cancer diagnosis quickly changed Taliesin Black-Browns life course. Only one week into college, Black-Brown dropped out for a surgery to remove his pelvis and hip. A long recovery ensued, in which he discovered the world of drones; the perfect vehicle to experience the world in motion. His freelance filmmaking career was launched, leading to the founding of his company Olympic Imagery, where 10 percent of proceeds are donated to pediatric cancer research. Black-Brown has yet to return to college. He is the co-director of You Can't Dam Your Way to Paradise (Mountainfilm 2019).
