Sylvan Bald
In 1998, Sylvan Bald moved with his parents back to Colorado when he was two months old. Throughout his childhood, he spent a lot of time outside exploring the woods, the rock cliffs and the old town dump near his family's home in Placerville. His love for adventure and finding interesting objects of all kinds flourished there. In 2011, he discovered a dinosaur fossil — a piece of pelvic bone — on a family hike in Illium Valley. When Bald isn't finding new treasures, he loves skiing, running, reading, traveling and doing art work. He hopes to continue his education through new adventures wherever he goes.
