Stash T. Wislocki

Stash Wislocki believes in thinking globally and acting locally. As longtime resident of Telluride, he has made that vision his reality. Wislocki is Mountainfilm’s Festival Producer, as well as the Executive Director of the Telluride AIDS Benefit, a charity that has raised over $180,000 for AIDS advocacy, education and clinical care. Of the many hats Wislocki wears, in 2013 he chose a director’s hat, and created a film that examines the fate of Colorado in the hands of the fracking industry. After being asked by the police if he was an environmental terrorist, Wislocki’s mother allowed that she looked forward to his arrest and would happily bail him out.
