Shushana Castle is a self-proclaimed super foodie who is passionate about helping others change their diet and their lives. She spent more than 20 years working in the financial markets, raising capital for clean technology and sat on the board of the Clinton Climate Global Initiative. Along with Amy-Lee Goodman, Castle co-authored Rethink Food: 100+ Doctors Can’t Be Wrong, which is about reversing diseases and living without pain by removing animal products from our plates. Castle's 2014 book titled The Meaty Truth: Why Our Food Is Destroying Our Health and Environment—and Who is Responsible takes a further indept look into American's food supply. She splits her time between Houston and Telluride, Colorado.
