Rebecca Richman Cohen

Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker Rebecca Richman Cohen is both a filmmaker and an educator, lecturing at Harvard Law School. Her directorial debut, War Don Don (2010), won the Special Jury Prize at the SXSW Film Festival and was nominated for two Emmy Awards. Cohen went on to direct Code of the West (2013) on the “America ReFramed” series and Untouchable (2016). She is the director of Mrs. Saltzman Goes to Jail (Mountainfilm 2019) and Weed & Wine (Mountainfilm 2021), which weaves the stories of two multi-generational farming families together.
