RC Cone
RC Cone graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in environmental studies and an emphasis in photojournalism, which shaped his worldview and sense of aesthetic. Working on a collection of adventure documentaries — with such companies as Patagonia, Orvis and Howler Bros — cemented his love for outdoor cinema and the connections it creates. He is the founder of Tributaries Digital Media in Bozeman, Montana, and director of The Accord (Mountainfilm 2016). Cone returned to his roots — fly fishing — in a warm story about a mother daughter relationship, told through the eyes of a child in the short film My Mom Vala (Mountainfilm 2018).
