Pedro Kos

Bending The Arc (Mountainfilm 2017), an epic story about the global health movement, marks Pedro Kos’ documentary feature directorial debut together with Kief Davidson. Kos earned an Emmy Award for editing of The Square, which won the DGA and IDA Awards, as well as the People’s Choice Award for best feature documentary film at the 2013 Toronto Film Festival. Kos’ other work includes editing Waste Land (Mountainfilm 2010), directed by Lucy Walker, for which he won the Cinema Brazil Grand Prize for best documentary editing. Kos also edited Walker’s documentary film The Crash Reel (Mountainfilm 2013). Kos was born in Rio de Janeiro and raised between there in Brazil, New York City and Miami.
