Nicholas Natale

Armed with a master’s degree from the Harvard Extension School, award-winning filmmaker Nicholas Natale has an eye for, and understanding of, the technical sides of his profession. He serves as the media technician at Harvard’s department of Art, Film, and Visual Studies, and when he’s not at work, he’s most often traveling or skiing. His film Games of Survival: A Culture Preserved in Ice (Mountainfilm 2020) provides a look into Alaskan Eskimo culture, specifically honing in on the World Eskimo-Indian Olympics, and offers the viewer a bridge to better understanding these remote communities.
