Mikel Sarasola is a professional whitewater kayaker turned adventure film director when he began documenting his whitewater adventures around the world. He has directed films Caminos de Agua (2014), Humla (2016), The Tears of Shiva (2020) and Jötunn (Mountainfilm 2022).
