Margaux Fitoussi is an aspiring anthropologist, filmmaker and writer. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 2011, Fitoussi proceeded to become a Presidential Scholar at Harvard University. Fitoussi’s research focuses on historical memory, Judeo-Muslim relations and the impact of French colonization in North Africa. While living in Southern and Central Africa from 2011 to 2014, she researched armed groups and implemented civilian projection projects. Fitoussi is the director of El Hara (Mountainfilm 2017).
