Marcus Haney

When he was a poor college student, James Marcus Haney snuck into the Coachella music festival. That trespass changed his life irrevocably and — by luck, timing and talent — led him into a successful career as a music photographer and filmmaker. Hane’s films include No Cameras Allowed (Mountainfilm 2014), and his intimate photos of musicians, such as Mumford & Sons, Elton John and Jay-Z , have appeared in Rolling Stone and other publications.
