Marcella Steingart

While attending the graduate film program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Marcella Steingart was awarded the Ang Lee Scholarship. Her thesis film, Meta, went on to appear in over 40 film festivals. Steingart’s screenplay Larvae was a quarterfinalist for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowship. She has worked as a producer on various documentary television series and feature films for Trio, Discovery Channel and the BBC. Steingart also helped produce the documentary series “Iconoclasts,” which aired on the Sundance Channel.
