Luc Jacquet

Parisian director Luc Jacquet won anAcademy Award for Documentary Feature for March of the Penguins, which he wrote and directed in 2005. His second film,The Fox And the Child, was released in the U.S. in 2008. In 2010, he created the nonprofit organization Wild-Touch, which develops and supports film projects that bring awareness to environmental problems. Prior to becoming a film director, Jacquet was a biologist.
