Liberty Smith

Liberty Smith and Sophie Windsor Clive are independent filmmakers based in London, England. Their Islands and Rivers production company has produced documentaries, educational films, animation workshops and interactive festival installations. They’ve collaborated with The House of Fairytales, Film London, October Films, Ideas Tap and many schools and museums. Their short film Murmuration and Island, about large flocks of starlings off the coast of Ireland, has won numerous awards. Liberty Smith has a B.A. from London College of Communications and attended University of the Arts London.
