Lesley Chilcott
An award-winning producer and director, Lesley Chilcott may be best known for An Inconvenient Truth (2006), which won an Academy Award for Best Documentary. More recently, she worked on It Might Get Loud (2009), Waiting for "Superman" (2010), Small Section of the World (2014) and CodeGirl (2015), which follows an annual competition where high school-aged girls from around the world design an app to solve a problem in their community. Her latest directorial work, Watson (Mountainfilm 2020), documents the life and work of Sea Shepherd founder Captain Paul Watson, a man willing to put his life at risk in order to protect the ocean and marine life.
