Krystle Wright

Driven by a passion to capture a unique perspective not yet imagined by others, Krystle Wright is a nomadic photographer from Australia who is accelerating awareness and visibility of the most extreme sports and their athletes. Wright's work has taken her from extreme BASE jumping in Moab, Utah, to freediving in Vanuatu to the World Elephant Polo Championships in Nepal. Wright was also part of the Young Explorers Grant-funded Nobody's River Expedition and the resulting film Nobody’s River. A portrait of her obsession is showcased in the short film The Mysteries (Mountainfilm 2016). Later, Krystle stepped behind the camera to create A Restless Peace, Where The Wild Things Play (both Mountainfilm 2017), In Perpetual Motion (Mountainfilm 2018), Chasing Monsters (Mountainfilm 2019) and Where The Wild Things Keep Playing (Mountainfilm 2020).
