Kristen Milord
Kristen has lived from coast to coast in the U.S. and landed in Telluride in 2003. Once she got a taste of the Colorado mountain town lifestyle, she never left. Kristen worked as an Elementary School teacher at the Telluride School District for thirteen years. Currently, she runs her own tutoring business, teaching students reading intervention and mindfulness skills. Her most valuable lessons in life are from her passion for meditation, yoga and spending time in nature. When she is not on tour for Mountainfilm, you can find her with family and friends, dancing to live music, reading, cooking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, biking or hiking in the beautiful San Juan Mountains.
