Katie Stjernholm

A native Coloradan who is currently based in Boulder, Colorado, Katie Stjernholm has done her share of seeing the world. She got her master’s degree from the University of Melbourne as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and spent time working as a producer and strategist at Lonely Planet in both Melbourne, Australia, and San Francisco. Stjernholm had a brief stint in the feature film world, working in marketing and distribution for Randall Wallace, a screenwriter and director in Los Angeles. Stjernholm is a director at Balcony Nine Media, a production company she co-founded. Edges (Mountainfilm 2016) is her first film and follows a resilient 90-year-old figure skater.
