Jeremy Seifert

Jeremy Seifert is an award-winning filmmaker and the co-director of The Devil We Know (2018). His past films, GMO OMG (2013) and DIVE! Living Off America’s Waste (2010) have won over 30 awards at festivals around the world. A frequent film contributor to Emergence Magazine, Seifert has appeared on “Real Time with Bill Maher,” NPR’s “The Story” and speaks at universities and conferences across the country. His short film The Church Forests of Ethiopia (Mountainfilm 2020) is one of The New York Times’ Op-Docs films and his latest work, Ark of the Apocalypse (Mountainfilm 2021), explores certain interpretations of the Bible that foretell of an apocalypse and what that means for our world today. He also co-directed God's Plant (Mountainfilm 2021) alongside Malek Asfeer.
