Jeremy Collins

Illustrator, storyteller, director and exploratory rock climber Jeremy Collins has pioneered more than 300 routes in the United States with notable first ascents in Argentina, Venezuela, Canada and China. Collins’ illustrative art has been featured in climbing magazines and numerous how-to books, and his watercolor maps often grace the cover and inside pages of National Geographic. He volunteers for several organizations and has helped raise funds for various causes and nonprofits, including pediatric brain cancer research, The Access Fund, American Alpine Club, Habitat For Humanity, CauseCentric and water.org. Between climbs, Collins has donated time in Venezuela toward solar power endeavors and creative art projects with children. His film/stage production The Wolf & The Medallion won the Banff Center’s Creative Excellence Award and 5Point Film Festival’s Best of The Fest. He retuns to Mountainfilm in 2015 with Drawn.
