Jan Redford

Based in Squamish, British Columbia, Jan Redford has married a love for the mountains with a talent for writing and storytelling. Redford, who holds a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from the University of British Columbia, has had her work published in The Globe and Mail, The National Post, Mountain Life, Explore and numerous anthologies. Her 2018 memoir End of the Rope tells the story of both her joy and loss in the mountains and the courage that it takes to carve out her own path.
