Greg Hackett

When a friend set off to ride a bicycle at 100 miles per hour behind an old Ford Zephyr, filmmaker Greg Hackett borrowed a camera to film it. A month later, the film had over 2 million views online, earning him a Vimeo staff pick and a career in film. His passion for storytelling has translated to work for Nike, Philips and Sony, as well as a variety of personal projects. He is the director of A Simple Machine, The Forecaster and One Seven Eight (all at Mountainfilm 2016).
