Ginny Hicks

Ginny Hicks is a retired educator who worked as an elementary teacher and principal for 34 years. She was the National Distinguished Principal representing Oregon in 2006 and authored a children's book, Mountain Star, in memory of her brother Charlie Fowler. Hicks lives in Jacksonville, Oregon.
