Gabriel Grapperon

Gabriel Grapperon is a team member at llogic, a collective of French directors. Intrigued by animals and photoreal images, the collective caught the attention of the animation world in 2016 with their short film Garden Party, which was nominated at the VES Awards, won the Grand Jury Prize at Nashville Film Festival, and was a Best Animated Short Film nominee at the 2018 Academy Awards. In their animated film, Maestro (Mountainfilm 2020), wild animals gather deep in the forest to participate in a nocturnal opera conducted by a squirrel.
