Growing up on the high plains of Colorado, Dallas May has watched his family preserve the native prairie land of their ranch. Treating the ranch as a wildlife sanctuary in a sea of converted farmland, the natural habitat has become home for hundreds of species of wildlife. Additionally, the ranch raises registered Limousin cattle, a heritage breed dating back centuries, without antibiotics or hormones.
