Chelsea Jolly

Raised in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, Chelsea Jolly is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and producer that loves exploring stories of connection in the natural world. Jolly’s main focus is to help support a voice in the places where they've been historically excluded. She believes filmmaking can be a powerful catalyst for environmental and social justice. Seven years of working in the film industry, combined with a background in graphic communications, activism and conflict resolution has greatly shaped her unique perspective on the power of media to impact change. 2019 Mountainfilm Commitment Grant Finalist, and alongside Whit Hassett, is co-director of This Land (Mountainfilm 2020). She is also the director of Jojo - A Toad Musical  (Mountainfilm 2023)
