Cameron Maier

Climbing photographer Cameron Maier, aka BearCam, attributes his success with climbers to his sense of humor and trying not to be a pain in the ass while his subjects are climbing at their limits. His ability and willingness to hang tough when the weather turns or things go south has endeared him to climbers around the world. His film, Concepción (Mountainfilm 2020) shows England's top female climber, Hazel Findlay, battling a classic crack route outside Moab.
