Britt Markey

Britt Markey is a contemporary painter and visual artist who lives and works in Telluride. Using glazing techniques and bold lines, she creates large and colorful oil paintings on canvas. She has shown in galleries in Colombia, Colorado and Arizona and received grants for her work from the University of Colorado and the Arizona Arts Commission. She works as the programs director for the nonprofit organization Telluride Arts, which supports the local art community.
